I recently participated in my first Twitter #engchat (using the term euphemistically here) and my brain exploded within 5 minutes. Too many ideas, too many people, too much too fast. Good to see your own limits, I think.
I had a hard time following my first session with it too. (My first session was just a couple of weeks ago.) Of course, I was also new to Twitter. I think there are things out there that would make it easier to keep up with the discussion, but I don't know what they are.
